Welcome to Slide Social. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slide Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Slide Social. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (events, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with providing the service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. SMS Messaging
When you invite contacts via SMS:
- You represent that you have the recipient's consent to receive the message
- You will not use the feature for spam, marketing, or harassment
- Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
- Recipients can opt out by replying STOP
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Slide Social and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign In, Maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slide Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slide Social from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
